Camel Milk Latte
Ingredients:
1 and a half cups of camel milk
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of pure honey
1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
Method:
Steam the milk and coconut oil in a saucepan and let it become frothy, but not to bring it to a boil.
Gradually, stir in the turmeric and honey.
Pour into a mug and sprinkle on the cinnamon powder if desired. Can be served cold with ice.
Camel Milk Dates Scones

INGREDIENTS
520g Self-Raising Flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g Fine Caster Sugar
80g salted butter
1 cup camel milk
100g Pitted and chopped Dates
Extra butter and creamed honey to serve
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180 Degree Celsius
Mix the flour, baking powder and caster sugar in a large bowl,add butter until the mixture become coarse
Add the camel milk and dates to the mixture thoroughly not over do it
Dust a surface with flour and shape the scone dough into a disc shapes. Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Score it into wedges using a knife – don’t cut all the way through. Brush with the extra camel milk and bake in the pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden
Allow to cool slightly then serve with extra butter on the side and creamed honey.
